We can’t believe it’s been 55 Years! Congratulations to our CEO Jim Michalek on reaching this exciting milestone.
GCCS Claims Management was founded in 1963 by Jim’s father, Mike, and Jim joined the team in 1966. Jim has worn many hats over the years and been an active part of several industry organizations, including the National Association of Independent Insurance Adjusters NAIIA, the WSIA (Wholesale & Specialty Insurance Association) (formerly NAPSLO),and the Texas Surplus Lines Association, Inc. He previously served as President of the International Institute of Loss Adjusters and the Texas Independent Insurance Adjusters Association.
