Norma Michalek Promoted To Executive Vice President
We’re incredibly proud to announce Norma Michalek has been promoted to Executive Vice President at GCCS Claims Management.
Norma joined the family business on October 5, 2005 and began her career with GCCS in the clerical department. She was quickly managing a moderate bordereaux operation and over the years has grown her team of bordereaux maintenance and production professionals considerable and are among the best in the DCA business.
In her new role, she will continue to manage those departments and will work closely with President Dwayne Ellis leading the GCCS team.
