Dwayne has been an all-lines adjuster for over 25 years.  He has experience in handling personal and commercial auto, heavy trucking liability, general liability, construction defect, occupational accident claims, with an extensive background in litigation files.  Dwayne routinely attends mediations, and has attended mediations nationwide throughout his career.

Dwayne’s responsibilities include oversight of the TPA department and overall responsibility for claim operations.
