Our family founded GCCS Claims Management in 1963 with just 2 people, Mike and Betty Michalek. After six decades, we are proud to remain family owned and operated today.
Our growth over the past six decades has been steady and calculated and we’ve grown to a team of over 30 valued employees.
From field or task assignments from domestic insurers to nationwide claims administration programs for Lloyd’s syndicates or self-insurers, our commitment to quality service remains the same today as it did back in 1963. We’re always mindful of where we came from and ever confident in our forward direction.
